Meet our family
Welcome to our family. We all have a part to play in looking after our animals, and in raising their puppies. A Sudoodles’s puppy is a product of all our efforts, and in this ever increasing digital age this is a great life experience for the children, helping to teach them empathy, nurturing and responsibility.
Our Family
Sue
Partner
Sue is the founding member of our breeding program following her passion for dogs.
Being registered blind since birth and growing up with many visually impaired family member and peers, Sue has experienced first hand the life enabling benefits a well trained service dog can provide in addition to the two way, bond, love and devotion between person and animal.
In prior years Sue recognised that even people with allergies to regular dogs and their shedding coats still can benefit from the support, love and companionship a dog can provide which the normal charities struggled to provide, so when her decision to start her breeding hobby, she purposely researched and chose the Goldendoodle as her breed of choice.
Nothing makes Sue prouder than to see one of her puppies excel on its journey to become a service dog and to witness to love and joy this brings to its new family.
Chris
Partner
Having been brought up around dogs for most of his life, Chris is passionate about all things canine.
With experience of many breeds and sizes of dogs, Chris firmly believes a well bred Godendoodle is the ultimate family dog. With the right blend of Golden Retriever fun and friendly temperament, in addition to the intelligence of the Standard Poodle combines to produce an outstandingly capable family dog second to none.
Caitlyn
Lead Puppy Hand
Caitlyn is our autistic daughter and main helper in our breeding program.
She is devoted to animals and relates much better to animals than humans.
She is very hands on and has been developing her puppy rearing skills from a very young age.
From being present at the birthing, and then assisting in the development checks and socialisation of the puppies, she it there at every step of the way.
She possesses an uncanny ability to know every minute difference and characteristic of each and every puppy and can pick up these subtle differences long before we adults do.
Finley
Puppy Hand
Finley enjoys spending time with our pets nearly as much as he enjoys his football.
He also has the pleasure of undertaking the role of Chief Puppy Poo Cleaner, which to be fair, is probably not his favourite chore but none the less, he does it well, when required.
He eagerly joins in with the socialisation of the puppies and enjoys seeing them grow and become more playful as each weeks they are with us pass.
Harrison
Junior Puppy Hand
Harrison is our youngest and like Caitlyn, has autism.
He shares many of Caitlyn's love for dogs and is always keen and enthusiastic to get involved.
His main role is rounding up the puppies for weighing and housekeeping duties, as well as playing with the puppies and developing their social skills with younger children,
